The Vit. C actually comes from a thinned-out version of Campbell's Tomato Soup. Nutritionally the soup contains more then 25% of your Vitamin C requirements for the day. Not to mention 115% of your daily sodium intake. But it has no fat or cholestorol . . . . . and umm. . . .did I mention 10% of your daily fiber intake?
So this meal in a can is all you need to get through a moment of fruitless debate. Not to mention the fact that it's on sale today at Fred Meyer's for 12 cents a can!
