What do you do in Oregon? Just smoke rock all day? Answer my HOLLAAAAAA post by the way...
Anyways let me write on something regarding deterring underage crime you jackass...
The whole idea behind trying children as children is the same reasoning behind smoking and drinking and statutory rape laws. The court sees children as too young to be making decisions that could affect them for life. They cannot decide to kill themselves with alcohol or tobacco yet. And no sex yet. And they certainly should not be tried as adults if they aren't old enough to have made the decision to do it. They are suffering from temporary insanity 24/7. You cannot DETER them through harsh sentences if they aren't old enough to make their own decisions. I thought this was obvious. They whole fucking idea is that they are a kid and don't know what they're doing. This message board sucks cuz it's just me writing stuff and Josh not understanding it and nobody else talking.
