Almost all rapes happen by association. If a girl knew that she was dealing with a known rapist then yea, maybe it is partially her fault. But sometimes there are things about people which we don't know. Maybe it could be considerered her fault for not better knowing the person, but it's not like she was flashing her drunken-stuff in his face. Can it be considered our responsibility to be nosey pricks and pry into the lives of everyone we know and deal with? I mean half of us do it anyway. Basically the question becomes is one's ignorance responsible for the consequences?
