The best singers ever (on a universal level and in no particular order) Frank Sinatra, Pavarotti, Marvin Gaye. It does not depend on what style usually accompanies them. I am talking about their voice SOLO minus music. Which voice sounds the best? This can be put on a continuum. It is not actually objective but it can be put on a scale of human appreciation. And Bob Dylan gets last place, even though his crappy voice +soulful folk music= pleasing sound, his voice still sucks. Just his voice. Not the combination of it and other stuff. His voice SOUNDS BAD
