So this linear continuum only takes into account voice alone? What about vocale talent like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston who have crizazy ranges? And I notice that all of your singers are men--and men don't have the same range as women do. Now let's consider things on a timeline. Cher twenty years ago had a much better voice than Cher from 'Believe'. So does that skew Cher's overall placement on this scale? Do we average out the "scale of human appreciation" to take this into account? And if so does this merit averaging out every voice so we can find it's mean placement on this spectrum? And if so is Bob Dylan still in last place? Cause he has a much better voice than I do.
