First of all, everybody knows that you can be a perfectly healthy vegetarian and not need to eat meat to be healthy. I have been one for a long time on-and-off and have gone for long spans without meat. But if, hypothetically, you were allergic to tofu and rice and beans and peanut butter and bread and vitamins and protein powder and a number of other things, and were forced to eat meat for health, then I would say it depends on your moral convictions. If you believe that it is immoral to kill the poor animals to nourish ourselves then it is obvious that you should wither away into malnutrition with nothing but a healthy soul, but if you are sane and believe that it is wrong to kill animals when it is not vital to your survival, then grab your rifle and go make some Big Macs (but only enough to stay healthy enough to hold the rifle up)! If those are actually made from meat...
You need to clarify your morals... and realize that you don't need meat to be healthy, just eat right.
